1) Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using the website, apps, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least 21 years old where required by law to access age-restricted features or content. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your location.

2) Accounts

• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Services.

3) Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• Do not interfere with security, access controls, or service operations.
• Do not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Do not upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights.

4) Virtual Items / Currency

The Services may offer virtual items or virtual currency (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for real money or other value. No prizes are offered through Virtual Items. We may modify, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time as permitted by law.

5) In‑App Purchases

Purchases may be optional and processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple or Google). All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the platform’s policies. We may impose purchase limits, and you are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.

6) Intellectual Property

The Services, including content, software, and trademarks, are owned by Noble Harbor Field LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLE HARBOR FIELD LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NONE). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

9) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Please contact us first to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless prohibited by law, you agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you waive any objection to personal jurisdiction and venue.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
